How much are the shipping costs and to which countries does it ship?

We ship worldwide and therefore it depends on the location!

I didn't receive an order confirmation?

After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, there could be one of the following reasons:

For shipments sent with DHL, a tracking number is available.
