I haven't received an order confirmation?
After placing an order in our online shop, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. If you haven't received it within one hour of placing your order, it could be for one of the following reasons:
Did the email end up in your junk/SPAM folder?
Maybe you entered the wrong email address?
If none of the above applies, please contact our customer support (doji.assistance@gmail.com) – it's possible the order wasn't completed successfully.
Can I change my order afterwards?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we'll do our best to tailor your order exactly to your wishes <3
However, your order is processed as quickly as possible, so please don't wait too long with this.
Where is my package?
As soon as your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
For shipments sent with DHL, a tracking number is available.
If your shipment hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (after receiving the shipping confirmation by email), please contact our customer support (doji.assistance@gmail.com) – we'll be happy to help!
